Frequently asked questions.

The questions we hear most, across every country we work in.

How long does a typical ZATCA integration take?

Six to eight weeks for a single ERP, single-country integration — longer for multi-entity or legacy-system landscapes.

Do we need to change our ERP to comply?

No. dsFatoora integrates with your existing ERP via API, staging database, or file exchange, depending on what the system supports.

What happens if ZATCA rejects an invoice?

dsFatoora classifies the rejection reason, retries where appropriate, and surfaces anything needing manual correction in the monitoring dashboard — see our full process page.

Can one platform handle multiple countries?

Yes — that's the core reason dsFatoora is built as middleware rather than a single-country connector.

Do you support both SaaS and on-premise?

Yes, see our deployment comparison.

What if our ERP has no API at all?

We can integrate via direct database extraction or an intermediate staging database — see legacy integration methods.
